We make sturdy RV exhaust fans. If yours doesn't fit, isn't what you expected, or just isn't blowing your hair back, we've got you covered.
What you can do:
· Return unused, uninstalled units in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. (Please don't install it, take it for a road trip, and then return it – that's not cool.)
· Email us at [email protected] with your order number, and we'll reply with return instructions faster than you can say "ventilation".
What happens next:
· Refunds hit your original payment method within 5 business days after we inspect the return.
· If the fan is defective out of the box? We'll send a replacement ASAP – no hassle, just fresh air.
A few honest notes:
· Return shipping is on you unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived broken (then we'll cover it and apologize properly).
· For international RV adventurers? Please double-check your roof opening size, typically 14"(355mm) in USA, 380mm-400mm in Europe countries) before ordering – measurements matter more than good intentions.
